At the risk of sounding insensitive, I thought this had to be a bogus story. Beautiful Miss Deaf Texas turning her back to the oncoming train, skipping along the train tracks...sounds like a gag out a Naked Gun movie doesn't it?
Perhaps I am a bad person. Rest in peace, Ms. Deaf Texas...may there be silent beauty up above that lone, lone star.

Seems to me that if you're deaf, you JUST DON"T GO ANYWHERE NEAR TRAINTRACKS...
You also don't play in the middle of the street, hang out near yards where pit bulls are being bred for dogfights or spend much time near East Palo Alto...
Not insensitive, just common sense...
